Cloud 9 Insight, a Microsoft Dynamics integration expert, sought a rebrand to stand out in a saturated, tech-heavy market. The goal was to move beyond typical tech clichés toward a more human, approachable, and emotionally engaging identity. The concept focused on humanising the CRM experience through “Nimbus,” a friendly mascot symbolising users’ journeys from confusion to clarity. The brand name Cloud9 and tagline Inspirational Clarity reflect optimism and guidance.
To bring emotion to a traditionally product-led sector we developed a brand mascot: Nimbus. This allowed us to portray the joys and frustrations that customers can relate to.
An animated brand film showcased Nimbus’ role as a user guide. The result: a distinct, emotionally resonant brand that improved engagement and clearly communicated Cloud9’s unique value in a competitive landscape.
Bold use of colour and simple typography paired with the Cloud 9 clouds creates a flexible brand that comes to life during brand application.
Continuing the same visual direction a suite of 3D icons we created that are used across social media and digital applications.
