We are looking for a new Senior Account Manager to support with managing several clients’ accounts of varying sized projects across brand, design for print and digital.
You will be working with an enthusiastic and social team of designers, strategists, account managers and developers (there are 16 people currently at Deep).
We have a clear work ethic: to produce strong and intelligent communication to a broad range of Premium D2C and B2B clients and to make this an enjoyable experience for the team and the clients.
The studio is fast-paced often with demanding deadlines and therefore requires attention to detail, flexibility and strong leadership skills. We are a close and supportive team but the ability to pick up processes quickly will be key.
As a mid-size agency the role is often hybrid and you will be expected to work top-level as well as deliver on some projects also where required.
Responsibilities will include:
— Manage the am/pm team. We expect leadership qualities – you can oversee the ongoing professional development of your team (2 x PMs, 1 x AM), including identification of appropriate training, well-being and analysis of their progress.
— Leading forecasting and profitability reporting.
— Identifying where new team members are required (both perm and freelance) to deliver workload whilst being mindful of profit.
— Responsible for pitching, developing, troubleshooting and problem-solving across our accounts. This will include interpreting complex client briefs, building account development plans, writing proposals and setting service-level standards for our client partnerships.
— Commercial focus to help build the accounts, and maximise profit.
— Identifying and developing strategic opportunities with potential new clients, to build profitable, long-lasting relationships.
— Ensure a consistently high standard of client service is delivered across the board.
— Refining process and profitability within existing services and outputs.
— Report to management on client turnovers and profitability
— Review and set / adjust fees across the agency for services when required.
— Ideally previous 4 years+ of experience in a client-facing agency role
— Attention to detail, highly efficient and organised, calm under pressure
— Driven to do well in every aspect of the role
— 2 x references required
Apply by sending your CV to firstname.lastname@example.org with your salary expectations.
