Queen St Exeter

Queen St was an ambitious vision by Aviva Investors to deliver a unique dining destination in one of Exeter’s most iconic buildings. Nestled on the city’s high street at the heart of its cultural quarter, and part of the thriving Guildhall Shopping Centre, Queen St now provides restaurateurs with the perfect space to flex their culinary skills. After the launch of our new destination branding, website and leasing brochure, awareness grew in the restaurant community and Aviva pre-let 70% of the units before the works even began.
